Regional Animal Health Offices for DEFRA
Most countries outside of the EU require a certificate of health with details of the animals involved, vaccinations given and any tests/treatments performed by the vet. In order to obtain an application form for an Export Health Certificate please telephone the regional office for the area that you live in.
N.B.DEFRA are reorganising. Carlisle Animal Health Office will eventually be taking over all UK Export Health Certification for Cats and dogs. Transfer of duties will start with the Reading area from the 8th September 2008.
